Ffions latch is fine (checked by mw today) but my nipples are still really sore 
any miracle cures???? |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Lansinoh! It's awesome stuff! Sam's latch was fine too but mine were soooo sore at first - made it worse when they kept sticking to the breast pads and it hurt to pull them off! Also rubbing a bit of breast milk onto them after each feed can help. Hope it gets better for you soon x |

I'm Currently Feeling: | It does get better quite quickly if the latch is ok - they're just not used to being vigorously sucked on several times a day! Sam's still like a hoover now but no pain any more  |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | I found that paracetemol worked wonders, but then I was sore for ages. Also, let your nipples dry before you do your bra up. |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | Yep, it's all been said
after a feed, breastmilk on the nipple... air dried, and lansinoh
Also, during bath/shower time soaking nipples in warm water is a really nice relief. |
