I've been struggling with this for a while, and I want to be able to give her only breast milk. I was pumping occasionally, but as said in my other thread, the crappy pump hurt me. Now I've got to go chose another one, and when I buy it, I am going to try and pump after every feeding to increase my supply as well. Just wondering if any of you know or have tried anything to increase your supply?

There is lots of things you can do to increase supply.
Fenugreek is a supplement you make tea and drink, or add it to oatmeal or whatever.
Eating whole grain oatmeal is recommended too. Those complex carbs help support you nutritionally and get that milk going.
An ale every night will stimulate production.
Best ways to stimulate production is through baby herself. Allow her to 'comfort nurse' for a couple days. The stimulation of her sucking and her being close to you that much mroe will bring your milk in. Pick a couple days, find a comfy spot by the TV or with a good book, take your top off, strip baby, and lay together -skin to skin contact and allow her to suck as much as she wishes. Enjoy this simple time with your baby.
