Working mums - still breastfeeding

Hi ladies, I'll be returning to work half days in a few weeks. I'd like to start building up a stash of stored milk. How should I go about doing this?

Should I pump late nights after she feeds or maybe while she sleeps? No idea where to start.

I'll be pumping once at work to provided milk for the feeding that I'll miss mid morning. I only plan on pumping once as I'll be back home by 12.

I don't have this problem as I can take Kaya to work with me but I've always found that my supply is greater in the mornings so I can feed Kaya and express a half hour later.

The lactation consultants at my work told me to pump in the the morning for storage because milk flow is at it's highest then. Wait awhile after your morning feed just in case your LO drained your breasts well

Ok I am working from 8am - 12pm
So I can feed her at 6, and then pump at 7am and then again at 10am?

Sounds like a plan?
