Foods that affect baby?

My LO has really bad pain when filling his nappy... I've cut out lots of things I think could be causing it - peaches, oranges, sprouts, broccoli... any ideas what else I could cut out?

I know it could be dairy, so I'm thinking of cutting that out and take a calcium supplement, but just wondered if you had any other ideas before I do that?

Thanks!

I've cut down on grapes (I ate loads one day and LO was not happy!). It's so difficult to tell though. Good luck!

Broccoli, blackberries and strawberries all gave jocelyn dreadful colic.. Once her colic passed I could eat them again no bother and she loved eating broccoli when I started weaning her (and would chomp on a stalk of it with gusto for ages!) so it didn't affect her then..

The common ones (dairy, spicy food and onions) didn't seem to affect her so I didn't cut them out!

Whenever I eat Butternut Squash it upsets B's tummy. Shame, I love it

Ive been wondering about this as well. I do drink a lot of milk I wonder if that's what's causing it. I actually have no idea what I should eat anymore!

Our main issues are with onions, leeks, garlic, sprouts, cabbage.
