I feel better about bf and question about bf covers

I have been bf but at times i have given my son formula feed if i have gone to a friends house or a times felt too embaressed to feed in public but most of the times he has wasted these feeds and we end up throwing away the tub of formula as you have to ditch these within 4wks of opening.
So i have decided to exclusively bf and il only express if im going out for a run or shopping so my oh can feed him
My question is- has anyone used those nursing covers? I think they are called bebe. My son really hates being covered with a shawl.
Thank you

not tried them, but i intend to get some nursing tops from mamafeelsgood.com - there's some really nice ones and they are layered so you can feed but stay covered

I use a breastfeeding cover, you pop it over your head a bit like an apron!! I bought it from ebay, I love it and its definately made bf in public easier

My friend used a breastfeeding cover and it worked wonders for her. She would be able to feed walking around the mall. I think it all depends on how comfortable you are breastfeeding and being covered etc.

I just use a receiving blanket. It's so easy to just drape over real fast and latch her on. Good luck with the exclusive feeding!!

Hi hun, without meaning any form of disrespect, i didn't really get to grips with discreetly bf until my lo was about 2 months... initially i wore button down tops and tried really hard not to let my whole breast show by covering with a muslim (which kept falling down!!! lol) But now i have got the quick latch down to a tee and can just simply lift my top a little like the ladies i admired when i was pg! I'm just saying don't necessarily spend money on any kind of expensive apron (unless really selfconscious) as in time it comes where you can just lift a floaty top. xxx
