my dd is two weeks old tomorrow and i am mainly breastfeeding but will also try little one with a bottle of formula as i am finding the experience rather painful this time around, however bubba doesn't seem keen on anything other than my breast milk.

i manage to pump twice a day and can get 4oz in total each time.

i am quite surprised by this as my dd sleeps through the night already so i expected my milk supply to dry up a little.......

I double pump and get 1oz - 1.5oz from each side in 8 minutes (after 8 minutes the flow seems to slow right down or stop - I can get another let down if I keep pumping, but don't usually have time!)

I pump every couple of days or so, so that I can get a stock up in my freezer for when I need to leave her. I pump 3-5oz usually in about 15 minutes.

I exclusively breastfeed Hayden (just starting to introduce solids) and he is just over six months.
When I pump (with a Medela Harmony hand pump) from both breasts, I usually get around 1.5-3 ounces in about 15-30minutes. I could probably get more if I kept readjusting my pump, but thats a pain in the ass...

^ I found this link very helpful, as well

I'm an exclusive expresser, and I get about 100ml every 4 hours, takes about 15 minutes. That's with a Medela Swing adapted to be a double pump.
