I don't normally drink that much anothersquish it's just that a few weeks ago I noticed that within a few seconds (or at least under a minute) of downing a large amount of water i'd get a let down. I noticed it totally randomnly and then tested it and it always works!

I have weird hormones and wonder if the water washes them out of my system. This os obviously my very scientific anaysis of the issue. But i dunno. will mention it to the doc when I see her on monday.

Since that happened, during gthe day, i get through just under a litre of water per feeding session.

(We all do it) But maybe you're over analysing a smidgen? Your body should be telling you if you need more fluid.

Watch out for the next growth spurt... and arm yourself with defenses
