New to breastfeeding - any tips please?


Im planning on breast feeding my lo when he is born alltho when we go out for the day sometimes ide like to take a bottle of expressed milk. how would i do this?? transportation wise?

Its advised that breastmilk is kept cold until feeding and shouldnt really be kept at room temp for more than 2 hours.
Many people use cool packs in an insulated pocket or bag to keep the milk cold until it is warmed for use.
