Storing breastmilk??

You may have to excuse me for being ditzy but I have no clue when it comes to breastfeeding as I bottle fed my first but really want to give it a go this time

So....

Where can you store brestmilk and for how long? If you express obviously, not if it's in my boobies

I read somewhere you can store it in the freezer? How long does that keep for? And same question for fridge?

And also if you express a bottle to take out with you how long before it's no good to use?

Thank you for bearing with me ladies!

There's good information on the whole issue of expressing & breastmilk at the Kellymom site. Here's a link to the page about storage (saves me repeating the info here).
