| Mum (Mom) Chat Happy BnB Member  Join Date: Mar 2009 Posts: 1,908 | No but I just wear a feeding vest with no bra and it hold the pump in place Another idea is to buy a cheapo sports bra (asda/ethels) and cut a lengthways split down the cup - this will also hold the cup part in place  |

It's soooo much nicer to be hands free!Have a read of the 'exclusively expressing' sticky - it looks like bloody hard work to me. I just express enough for one bottle per day and that's hard enough! |

Now I only express to fill up freezer supply or if going out to places I'm not confident whacking the boob out  it's like a dream  |
