People have different opinions on this as feeding in the early hours is the best time to increase milk supply. Personallly if LO is asleep I wouldn't wake them, enjoy the sleep! As long as you're feeding on demand, you should produce exactly what LO needs

Lyre - the same thing has happened to us recently - more like 11 till 6 though so we're not quite as lucky as you LOL - but still pretty good going!!!

I was nervous too at first and had to fight the temptation to get up in the early hours and pump. I was engorged in the mornings to start with, but now I must just be producing less over night as I wake up in the mornings and my breasts are fairly full but comfortable.

As our LO has had a bad cold the last couple of weeks, on odd nights he's been unsettled and wanted a night feed again and he's not struggled to get milk out in the early hrs, plus a day or two later, my boobs become engorged again by the morning in response to the extra feed, so it really is proof that your body responds and adjusts milk supply up and down depending on the baby's needs. xx

EDIT - probably better add a problem is emerging for me where the right boob is starting to feel empty! eek - i don't think it related to not feeding at night though as he's been sleeping through for 3wks now!
