Was he on antibiotics for his bronchitis? This can make it green.

That sounds like a possibility... are they still green or are they back to normal yet?

We just saw the pediatrician about this because Zoe's poo was green off and on for a week and that's not normal for her. He said she had a mild tummy virus she was getting over because she was also extra fussy. It's been back to normal since then.

my LO has a horrible cold and his poo is a bit green...I am hoping its because he is off colour and not because of an imbalance in fore and hind milk which apparently can cause green poo. I did hear that this is fairly rare though and illness is generally the cause when a baby has previously had normal yellow, grainy poos.

Not sure if anyone else can shed any better light.

Hope you LO is on the mend now...its horrible when they are poorly.

xx

i've been told a few green nappies a week is nothing to worry about.....my LO often has a green nappy especially after a night of whinging (due to trapped wind) and he had a luminous green one after we went away for the weekend, don't think he liked the change of environment or the long drive.
