Question

Stress affects milk production

guys, I was really totally stressed out with this rush Juleika had! mainly because it was horribly itchy for her and I had to distract her 24/7 as she felt so uncomfortable!

anyways, I had the impression my milk production decreased whilst I was stressed!

is this usually the case or was it only my impression

Yes, is the short answer, especially if you're loosing sleep over it. But it will increase again, I find...
