I know you can rent hospital quality pumps too, might be worth asking hv/midwife, the one in the hospital always got much more off than my medela.

Poor Lu I don't know what to suggest. Think my supply is dropping off too, Sofia is really half heartedly feeding, and my boobs never feel like they're full or anything anymore

Hopefully it's just our supply regulating Faerie

HV just said that it should just last a day or so and when she's hungry she'll feed, otherwise pump even if nothing comes out just to let my body know to keep producing. I was reading another site on nursing strikes and it suggested having a bath with baby, all relaxing, skin to skin and th water being like the birth etc. I'm a sceptic about these sorts of things but figured I could do with a wash too so why not! I was shocked that within a couple of minutes she'd manouevered herself so she was playing with my boob and all of a sudden she latched on and we were still in the bath 40 minutes later! Had a really good feed before bed too so hopefully it's over

OH that's great hon! You must be so relieved! I totally understand freaking out about supply, I pump every THREE HRS at work just to make sure I don't lose my milk... A bit excessive, I agree, but I'm also trying to fill my freezer again... anyway, glad the strike is over, def have to commit that little tip to memory!!
