| I heat it up by filling a cup of warm water and letting the bottle (or just liner) sit in the cup for a few minutes until it's room temperature. | | | | Status: Offline

| There's a guide to storage of EBM and how to treat it here: http://www.askdrsears.com/html/2/T026900.asp. If you're giving it to a nursery etc make sure they know how BM is different from FF - babies need less BM than FF; it has to be heated more gently and to a lower temperature, it stores differently, and it seperates.

| I would bring it to room temp naturally if you can. Have popped the bottle into warm water too. However, Emma happily takes it from the fridge too! | | | | Status: Offline

| Andrew drinks his EBM more readily (and less windily) if it's warmed slightly, so I sit the bottle in a jug of warm water while I change his nappy. | | | | Status: Offline

| You can give it straight out of the fridge, but it's preferance of baby.. I tend to warm it in water.
