breastfeeding no 3


has any1 successfully breastfed exclusively with 2 other young children 2 look after? when this baby is born my children will be just over 2 1/2 and 4 1/2. i breastfed them both and would love 2 do the same with no 3 but with the school run etc was wondering if it is going 2 be impossible!!!

Good luck with baby no 3! I think no matter how you feed this baby, it is going to be time consuming and a busy period of your life. If you consider how breastfeeding fits into the picture, it's probably worth remembering that breastfeeding can take place in bed, or on the sofa with a cup of tea, and that you can have both hands free while you feed. A good sling can make life easier and I personally sometimes fed in the sling while walking to preschool. Some people try a special box of toys that comes out only at feeding time while others swear by Cbeebies (TV).

i am bf no 3. when she was born no 2 was 14month and no1 was nearly 4

i've bf with all 9 of mine and there is 16 months between each of them.
