Expressing question


I'm wanting to express some milk t freeze for emergencies, but how much should I be looking at being in each feed? My containers are in ml and in ozs. So how much is the right amount

it's better to freeze small amounts so you dont have as much waste, and also so you can defrost it quicker. harry refuses to drink more than 4oz at a time, but i think tht's just coz he's protesting & wants the real thing, lol. (also wrote u a msg re expressing on bumpkin thread hun)

I tend to pump around 4oz at a time this is the max Katie will take from the bottle too.
