mummy wind!


I have found that since BFing i suffer from ALOT of wind! I thought it was from eating rubbish but ive been eating alot healthier and found no difference! Please tell me in not the only one?

I've found that when I'm winding Andrew, I generally burp too!

Me too. My docctor said to try actimel which may have improved things a bit but i don't want to eat it every day.
I'm suspicious that i've developed a mild intolerance to something. Does yours get worse on some days?

no im generally windy everyday! more at night time tho! the only thing i eat regularly is cereal and milk! x

It could be the milk. You could try cutting it out for a day and seeing if it improves. I'm probably talking nonsense but noone else has been able to answer this satisfactorily for me. If you do try it and it works please let me know.
A friend of mine is lactose intolerant. While she was pregnant her problem went away but it came back after the birth. She says that our immune systems are affected.
