3 month growth spurt

I think we just hit it... The last growth spurts LO just fed loads in the day but not this time. He's started waking up after 4-5 hours over night so hre's waking me twice - he's gone at least 6hrs since he was 6wks and recently was going at least 10 and often a full 11-12. I'm really not enjoying this regression.

I really hope it doesn't last long and he gos longer again soon.

What were your expriences of this spurt?

Ilana has been more wakeful too - not something I'm loving after her great sleep before! I worry about her getting used to night/early morning feeds and not sleeping through anymore, so will be reading this thread for clues!

G fed absolutely LOADS this evening and wanted to feed/suckle even once I was sure I must be empty - usually he feeds for 20-30min before bed but this evening I was up there nearly an hour.
I have drunk 4 litres of water, 2 pints of squash and a few decaff coffees today so hopefully that will help my supply up - I've been so thirsty and hungry! I hope I catch up with him soon! I wonder how long it'll be till he wakes up tonight - he's been down 15min now.
