Feel so dumb....

My OH kept saying why aren't we using the frozen BM I said, he won't take it....OH said 'why don't you mix it with the fresh stuff?'
I was just getting to a point where I was struggling a bit keeping up with him as he's going through a growth spurt. Lol...and I tried it and it works!

If you're struggling to keep up, it's a good sign that you need to make more milk, so need to feed more, surely?

I exclusively pump as he won't latch, so feeding more won't help. I need to pump more...but I already pump 5-6times a day for 30-45 mins each time..I just can't do anymore, add the sterilizing etc and include buying a house and selling a condo...I'm done! lol

I'm sorry, I didn't realise you were an exclusive pumper! That can be very hard work, and I'm not surprised that you find it time consuming, esp with so much else going on in your life. BM is the most incredible gift you can give your baby, and so valuable for his short term and long term wellbeing - it's an amazing gift of love you're giving your precious baby!

There are some fab ideas for how to increase your pump output here: http://www.kellymom.com/bf/pumping/p..._decrease.html

Blessings!

Melanie
