Has your milk gone totally now or does it take a while? I had no idea you were so uncomfortable from engorgement

I'm Currently Feeling: 



Just about gone thanks. My boobs are almost totally deflated.

Last night my right one seemed to just empty what was left in it all over the bed. DH and I were like "what the hell is that?!". The right one, which was Tommy's boob, is still quite lumpy but getting better each day. I've finished the dredded tablets now but I'm taking ibuprofen to help.
