| Mum (Mom) Chat Happy BnB Member  Join Date: Aug 2008 Location: Beccles,Suffolk Posts: 1,358 | Can anyone suggest what i can do? One of my boobs is sore the last day or 2.I stopped B/F a week ago not had a problem with being full.But now its lumpy but not solid it would of been the boob my DD would of fed of next if she didnt give up.Ive just tried to express to see if that would help or to see if i can get anything out.Got a bit out but didnt really help.Ive just got out of the bath and gave it a gentle rub what else can i do? It quite tender and ive never had any problems when B/F ive been lucky so hoping im not going to have any problems now that ive finished  |

How about warm compresses and the whole cold cabbage leaf and tea leaf in the bra thing? Not at the same time!  I haven't actually tried this but I've heard it can work. If it's a lump, so a clogged duct, then I think massaging around the area and trying to get the blocked milk out would be a plan. Sorry I'm not much help!  |

| Mum (Mom) Chat Happy BnB Member Join Date: Aug 2008 Location: Beccles,Suffolk Posts: 1,358 | I slept with my bra off last night and found my self leaking in the night so had to put my bra back on.I woke this morning and my nipple seems to be wet and sticky.My other boob is a bit sore as well.Im at the doctors on Friday morning anyway so i will just ask what to do.Dont know if its an infection coming i hope not coz ive got an infection in my womb so will need to go on antibotics for that  |
