I gave katie ebm at around 3 weeks she would take bottle from dh no problem but not from me now she will take it from both of us. She is 8 weeks now and I let her cluster feed through the evening then at 7pm I give her a bottle of ebm and she has started to sleep for 6 hours before next feed.

if you are breast and bottle feeding, when do you express? in the morning or evening?

do you express from both sides or just one

i'd like to start expressing for OH to feed at about the 10-11pm feed so i can go to sleep earlier so i'd just like to know when is best to express for this feed and how much to express?

Thanks

Me too!

If you should only give 'night-time' breastmilk in the evening, and LO is nearly emptying both boobs at 7pm and 10.30pm - I am unsure when I can express off enough milk to allow DH to to the 10.30pm feed unless I give a bottle of formula just as a once off....
