expressed milk - straight into fridge or leave to cool first?

hey girls, exactly as title says...
i put ebm straight into fridge from pumping but wondered if i'm meant to let it cool first???? (hoping the answer is that its ok to put straight in fridge as i tend to pump early in morning then go straight back to bed!!!!)

I put mine straight in the fridge. I pump between night feeds (as I'm doing now) and there's no way I'd want to stay up an extra half hour to wait on it cooling!

Defo straight in the fridge, if you feel it needs to cool first then put the sealed bottle in a jug of cold water for a few mins first but don't leave it lying around at room temp and then put in the fridge
