how much expressed milk do you have in your stash?>

i just added mine up and i have about 620mls. Im pretty happy with that as i dont express often. I think im going to try to get a litre - my stash is only for emergencies and so i can hopefully go back to the gym a few times a week. How much do you all have frozen?

I only have about 360ml at the moment, can't seem to improve on that to save my life!

about 600ml

I go out one sunday a month to a scrapbooking crop. this coming sunday will be my first since Grace was born, so DH will be in charge! So my stash is to cover that.

i have about a litre and a half, although ive been having to dip into it more than usual recently so i think it will start to reduce now..

I have got about 350mls in the freezer though not sure when it will get used as Olivia refuses to take a bottle now!! xx

4000ml in 100ml containers, and perhaps 500ml in icecubes. I'm going to start pumping daily again, to build up my stash to hopefully 10 litres, then I am going to Hang Up The Horns for good. I find it hard to motivate myself to pump these days. I've pumped over 750 times, so I'm a bit fed up of it!

Pityful! I just can't be bothered to pump, I am to lazy! Did have more but it got used when I was out for a few evenings.

Really need to start pumping again and build up a stash before i get caught short, that's only one feed i have there

I got to a point where I had more than I would realistically use so I donated it to my SCBU.

Now I think I have bottle with 8oz ish in the freezer.....I need to get it out actually as it will be 6 months old before I know it!
