Hello ladies,
Well my baby boy will hopefully be here in the next few weeks, I am really hoping to breastfeed and was wondering if there are any particular supplements that I could/ should start taking now to help my milk supply.

My diet isn't great as I'm really fussy about vegetables and I tend to eat lots of carbs.

I have bought some pregnacare BF general vitamins but was thinking about the other herbal-type supplements around.
