Question

bf and supplements

during pregnancy they tell you you shouldn't take supplements.

is it alright to take them whilst bf, as in the past I sometimes took magnesia and calcium against cramps in my legs.

yep I agree with Yvanne, seek progfessional advice. www.kellymom.com also give great advice so have a look on there

I asked my GP and she said she never heard 'bout taking magnesia against cramps - but for me it worked in the past - and said best is not to take anything
