my left boob

i stopped breastfeeding completely on thurs, my right boob is fine, callum wouldnt feed of this one much so has never been that swollen but my left boob was his main one, which is now really sore and hard.

How long does it take for your milk to disappear once youve stopped breastfeeding?

Sometimes the milk will take upto a year before its totaly dried up, my daughter has gradualy cut her feeds out now at the age of 13 months.

Her fav was the left and its much saggier than the other but it does leak a little.

If the soreness and fullness gets too much, put a warm compress on it and hand express a little to relieve yourself.
