Some advice ladies??

Okay so with aiden i FF but i always wish i gave BF a go! (it kinda feels like i let myself and aiden down not even giving it a shot!)

Now i am expecting bub number 2 i am DEFO! gonna try BF!!!!

But.... I am concerned about it being too sore and cracked nipples ect (i did try expressing for aiden but my nipples got cracked and tore too shreds which really hurt!)

Any advice ladies too stop this happening and too make sure i enjoy BF bub #2??

Any advice/tips would be much appreciated

Have a read of the sticky thread at the top of this board for what helped when starting out. Soreness is usually associated with poor positioning so make sure you know where to get help in advance this time - check where your local support group is. Be prepared to get sore again as unfortuantely for many it's just part of the deal but also remember it wont last.

You can ask your GP to prescribe it for free....
