HELP : Orange Colostrum - Is something wrong ?

Hi Ladies

Firstly congrats to you all on your recent births. I've just popped over from third tri with a question on colostrum.

Over the last week or so, my nipples have started to leak a tiny tiny amount, usually over night so that when I wake up in the morning I notice a slight crust on both nipples. I have no discharge during the day (ie no wet patches, no need for nursing pads etc)

But I'm concerned at the colour of the colostrum - its sort of a bright orange colour - I thought it should be clear and milky.

Did any of you experience leakage of orange colostrum when you were pregnant ?

Mine was an orangey brown and I was told by my MW not to worry. It will settle to a clear yellowish.

mines orange!!! its like Kraft Dinner orange lol (google it youll see) i thought it was from my antibiotics cause it used to be yellow.

Freaky, isn't it? It's never really clear though, I used to have to express it and i called it 'baby custard'
