I pump for 5 minutes after the milk stops flowing. I had to pump 10 times a day to boost my supply.

What pump are you using? Could you double pump?

It is usually possible to boost supply, please don't panic.

I will am getting between 30~60ml out every 3 hrs using melda mini ...i will try pumping more tho finding time will be hard with havin a active 2 yr old to entertain x

Have you thought about hiring a pump?

I've been using an Avent Isis single electric pump, but tonight I'm picking up a hospital grade pump! Fingers crossed it'll help.

Using a double pump would halve the time you spend pumping, which might help you fit in a couple more sessions?

Or you could try hands-free pumping?
