Getting out wind

I read a fab tip about getting out wind a few weeks ago and it is fab. You lie the baby down and just lift the legs towards the chest. I put my babies feet onto his chest. I put them up for a few seconds then let them down then put them back again. It really helps him release his wind and he seems to like it. What a little farty bum !!!

I've heard this one too It does work and I was told to incorporate it into baby massage.....massage the chest and tummy first then do the legs and finish with lifting the legs to chest, opening them up and back down to floor.....LO then farts like an old pro!!

we did that in baby massage aswell, never really worked for us though. Doing a cycling action with their legs aswell is supposed to help them poop!

That always helped Brenn as well. I would also do his knees from side to side while bending them up towards his chest and that would also help move the gas.

dont know if were doing it wrong but it wont work. although he does seem to enjoy it, keeps gurgling!

*edit*
i take it all back
it didnt make him fart, it made him silently poop (usually the whole house hears it when he goes)
