Expressed milk


How long does it keep in the fridge for?

Can i mix two expressed sessions into one bottle?

I keep all expressed milk from each day in the same bottle. I think it's like normal milk so stays fresh for a few days but i tend to freeze it after a day or so

You can keep it in the fridge up to 5 days and as far as i know you can mix the milk as long as you get them to the same temp ie dont add warm milk to your chilled milk chill it down first

And it keeps in fridge for 3 days at 5 to 10 c and 8 days at 0 to 4 c. It also keeps for 6 hours at room temp (tho i assume not in this heat) x (info from the breast feeding network)
