Eva WILL NOT take any kind of bottle or beaker or cup. We've tried them all. She doesn't mind the taste of the formula, it's the bottle/cup she hates. So I've given up on the bottle as she's six months now, and am just trying to get her used to a sippy cup by offering it once a day. We've been doing this for 4 weeks now and she still won't take it

So I've come to terms with the fact that I have no choice but to breastfeed for as long as Eva wants. It's frustrating sometimes, but I feel proud and blessed that we're able to breastfeed and still are. And who am I to deny my baby girl of her most favourite thing in the whole world?!

Anybody else have a stubborn one like me and feel the same way?

Brenn has a bottle a handful of times, and just never really liked it, so I never bothered. He will now take a sippy cup, but only with water. He won't take my milk out of anything but the boob!

I know its frustrating but if you keep giving her a cup she'll take it when she's ready.

mmm hi my LO wont take a bottle either.. shes 4 1/2 mths now and im trying her every couple of days with EBM tried an avent & tommee tippee bottle/teat, now trying a mam next.. we have just recently managed to get her to suck a dummy for 5 mins! im also thinking i may have to BF till 1! i dont mind so much but my fella is desperate to be able to feed her and do some night feeds!! me too as shes still waking every 1/2/3 hours each night!! also i want her gran and grandad to be able to have her for a night (they adore all their grandkids and have all the other ones over to stay once a week) but think that'll be a long way off...

I have the same problem.
I just tried to introduce the bottle but he wouldnt even move his mouth although he did have the bottle couple of times with expressed milk a while ago and 2 times forumla but he seems either he've forgotten the bottle or just hate the forumla

I really dont know what to do as i'm planning to let him have the bottle once a day in case i wasn't arround for any reasons

i tried avent and tommee bottles but no luck
should i continue trying or give up ?
I've been trying for 3 days!!

Caitlyn will drink formula out of a cup now but I don't want her to, so I don't give her it

my daughter will only take milk from a doidy cup, i spent loads of money on bottles that i now need to sell, just go with it itll be ok x
