increasing milk supply after 3 months?


is it too late for me? leylas still not getting enough from me, shes still having to be topped up 3 feeds a day, is it too late for me to successfully increase my milk supply?

It's never too late honey but I thought you'd decided to do combination?? How's that going for you??

Like MM said hun, it's never oo late. The easiest way is to ask your doc for script for Domperidone. You may also find that if you in crease your fluids and slowly decrease your top up volume your body should automatically step up.

Do you take any supplements at all?

yeh im combination feeding atm but its had a bad effect on my boobies and now i cant get hardly any so wanted to try increasing supply again so i can EBF for the last few months like i wanted to do in first place lol, just wasnt sure if there was some cut off for establishing ur supply and after that u cant increase it

im taking fenugreek and it seems to have worked a little at first but now i just stink and still dont have much milk, she feeds off both sides now every feed and still screams for her top up i know fine well that i will end up formula feeding and i do.not.want.to...i know i keep saying it lol and i know theres nothing wrong with it, i just dont want to!

Oh sweetie you are in a no win situation then. The only way to increase your supply back up is to stop the top ups and thats not an option for you. I think you just need to accept this is how it is. Weve been over what you need to do so many times now - I dont know what else to suggest xxx
