It could but you can prevent it buy wearing a well fitted nursing bra

mine arent too bad really but iv only got tiny ones, there about a million % sagger than they were but still not too saggy!

Apparently it's pregnancy that makes your boobs sag, not breastfeeding ...so there's no difference whether you breastfeed or not, but if you're feeding from one side for each feed you can expect to look a bit uneven for the first couple of months x

Mine are saggy but like sams mum said its all pregnancys fault. I hate my boobs out of my bra now no topless modelling for me!!!

sams mum i think mine are STILL uneaven now and i havnt BF for 5 months!! oh well

Mine were fine first time round. I think if you already have big boobs its especially important to keep them well supported when they are heavier than usual with milk.

I have some amazing underwired nursing bras that are very supportive - you cant wear them for the first 12 weeks though until youre established.

I heard the under wire can effect your milk supply but never understood why ?

...and I thought mine would even themselves out once I stopped! Maybe after the next one At least I don't have one that's twice as big as the other like I did when I first started feeding Sam
