One side?

Is it possible for only one side to dry up? I'm pretty sure my right side is drying up, but my left side seems to still be producing milk. Is this even possible?

Does she favour one side?

Yes, she favors the left side which is the side that does NOT feel like it's drying up. So it does make sense.....I just didn't think that one side would completely dry up.

Keep putting her on the side you think is low if you want to build it back up. Although it is possible to feed from one side so it's really up to you!

i feel the same. weve been struggling for a while with bf and pain, but now got that sorted she definately has a preference for the right side and i feel like the left has decreased a lot. i always start a feed on this side but within 5 mins or 10mins max she has drained it and i switch her then she stays on the right for about 20 mins. ive taken fenugreek for a few days which has seemed to help a bit

I was concerned about the same thing, my problem was that i favoured one side, it was much easier for me holding her to my left breast than right but i just made sure that i alternated and everthing is fine now,if anything when i express the right seems easier now. Just make sure you put baby to both breasts equally and you should be fine.
