Can someone work wonders with my pic please :)

I was wondering if anyone could "retouch" (if thats the right word) my pic please?

I have seen someone airbrush someone elses pic and change it to black and white with pink lipstick and bright blue eyes and I was wondering if someone could do something similar to mine?

I like the pic but my skin looks terrible?! Any ideas ladies I would be really grateful??

I retouch full time for magazines for a living

i'll have a go later when i've finished all my clients work.

I can do anything though, i can even draw on long eyelashes for you

you name it.. i can do it.

I'll give you a few versions once i've caught up with my business schedule

Just a quick one

One with just added eyelashes.. skin cleanup.. hair.. etc

and full retouch.. eyes.. hair.. black and white.. makeup added.. eyelashes

Oh and anyway of making my nose look smaller in the pic with the earings because its HUGEEEEEE!! haha but dont worry if you cant

I tried working with that pic hun but its really hard because it so small , bigger pics that are close up are alot easier to work with .
