Ella was the same she was 8lb 4 oz and her newborn clothes drowned her, had to go out and buy early baby clothes (she was 2 weeks overdue) I think Next especially make thier baby clothes too big, so I would definatly reccomend something smaller for the few couple of weeks xxx
