No it doesnt Hels, thats why I bought and sold mine within a month as madam hated the fact she couldnt lay back.

I loved it tho, very light weight, hellish to collapse, but I was gutted to see it go.

I like those Quinny Zaps also, Think the bright colours are cool. The straps also have padding as well if you have a wriggler, I said to chris i would like one of those eventually. His sister has just bought on and was showing me it last night and it folds up so small.. The only thing is they don't lay back. They would just be upright all the time
