we have been wanting to get Rebecca a maxi cosi priorifix for a while but couldnt afford it. So my sister gave us £100 towards it and we went through today to Glasgow Pram Centre to get it (this is after waiting a few weeks on them coming in!)
So asked assistant if someone would fit it for us-she said yeah wait til I take a display seat out to see if ur car has isofix-we new it has as its an 06 Vectra SRI (on finance may I add!)
Anyhoo, on going to buy it we were told they couldnt actually sell us it as Maxi Cosi have not crash tested a vectra yet, only done the estate version! Coming under the European name of Opel..
I was raging, 36 miles each way for nothin!
So they are ringing Maxi Cosi on Monday to see if its just the compatible cars list hasnt been updated yet
They said they arent allowed to sell to cars that arent on the list!
life is full of obstacles just now!
