haven't tried C&G good night milk but did try a free sample of the HiPP version. She hated it. Made her really gripey and gave her tummy ache pretty quickly due to all the cereals and stuff in it. She had a crap night sleep with it. I decided against using it because if she wakes up in the night its because her dummy has fallen out not through hunger so realised her normal milk is satisfying her enough.

I tried the cow and gate night forumla when tom was about 10 months old as he still wasnt sleeping through and it was because he was hungry.
It worked for us and he loved it. It didnt give him any bad side affects or anything.
