finally.......are these signs of teething

Ella had always been bit constipated and had hard pebble poo's! But the past week or so she has had very wet poo's. Also she has a very runny nose amd dribbling loads. She does usualy dribble quite alot anyway but she was dribbling loads yesterday it was all in the crease of her neck lol.
PLEASE tell me these are finally real signs that her teeth are coming?

mmm HV says she cant see any teeth coming through but it could be the start of teething! or it could just be a cold! will have to wait and see I suppose! But after seeing Kacy bite Vicky the other day (ouch) I think the longer the better lol!
