Guacamole is also great. Dead easy to make to - I just mash up an avocado, add garlic and lemon juice. I don't put chilli in if Seren is goimng to eat it. Avocado is a super fruit and is so good for you

we love humous as well, Olivia loves humous and olive sandwiches.

I make humous by blending together chickpeas, tahini (sesame seed paste), olive oil, garlic, and a splash of lemon juice. It's lovely

Homemade pesto for pasta is gorgeous too and another way of getting them to eat raw garlic which is so healthy for them.

I get Tahini from Holland and Barret it's about 60p a jar. It's just creamed sesame seeds and comes in light and dark versions.

I use the light and keep it in the fridge, it lasts for ages
