how much milk


how much milk should i pump for a feed?
my son is almost 1 month old and last weighed at 3.8 kilo?

When I used to BF, I was trying to pump 3-5 onz for 1 feed

If your trying to increase your supply cupcake, I'd pump as much as possible and freeze what you aren't using. My son wasn't a good feeder at all at that age, so don't really know how much you would need for 1 feed.

I'm Currently Feeling: 


When Sam was a month old he'd take 4-5oz in a feed. If I had to give him a bottle I'd try to pump 5oz (sometimes he'd take it all and sometimes he'd leave a bit, but at least I knew he was getting enough). I've built up a bit of a stock in the freezer too just so I know there's always some there if I'm not around for any reason x
