The perfect bib

Has anyone got their hands on the perfect bib for meal times? It totally does my nut in when they pull them off... this is how mealtimes go....

Spoon for Tom
Turn to Charlotte
Her bib is off.
Put bowl down
Put her bib back on
Pick bowl back up
Spoon for Charlotte
Turn to Tom
His bib is off.
Put bowl down
Put his bib back on
Pick bowl back up
Spoon for Thomas.... etc....

look at the bibs that have sleeves, they're waterproof, easy to clean and hard to get off (for the child)

Thanks!

Do you know if they are totally plastic or if they have a fabric covering of some kind (it's impossible to tell from the pic). I can't be doing with the fabric covered ones as you have to wash them every time and 6 bibs a day is too much for me!
