I'm Currently Feeling: | so we're no further forward eh? LOL Does anyone out there have the Icandy Pear? I love the look of it and that it can be put back to a single buggy but I've heard the seats are quite small. Sam will be 22 months when baby number 2 is born - and he'll be walking quite well I guess - but we have a long walk to nursery we walk to and around town quite a lot. I've got the Mothercare Trenton atm and that's quite a lot to lug round so I'm used to a heavy pram.
The Graco Quatro Tour thingy is looking good to me - I need a big basket as I need to lug all my shopping back with the pram.
My husband likes the look of the Jane 3 wheeler one. Anyone any experience of that? |

It is 15kg just for the frame add on the rest of it and it mounts up to a whopping 23kg |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I like the idea of these (made by the orignal Phil and Ted) as I would prefer for baby to be facing me and toddler to face out into the big wide world. I do wonder tho that as I'm only 5ft - would I be able to see over the top!!! http://www.abcbuggy.co.nz/rec_toddler_seat.html |

I have the icandy apple - swore by it at first but I think I'm wanting a new one when time comes & not turn it into a pear! | So,to cut a long story short - have you picked a double buggy yet? ;oD I really want the Icandy Pear to be ideal for me as I keep going back to it...but then I remember what I didn't like about it and start all over again Doh. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | LMAO no ...have you seen all my pram threads?
Well I say no its kind of yes or no I have decided to sell my icandy ...the cons win! None of the pros are very practical. I am buying 2 seperates ...probably the Luna for Caitlin & a pramette style for new baby then I will also buy a double stroller which I've yet to find.
See this suits me because we both work from home and most of the time go out of the hosue together so we'll both be able to push a single get places better not have anything heavy and bulky and when we do need to use the double we'll have a stroller the reason for a double stroller than double pram is because this is less likely to be used. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Sorry to jump in here. I didn't have a chance to read the whole thread but wanted to share that I purchased a double stroller (gotta love us Americans) and I will tell you that Keira was out of her carseat several months ago because she was all squished. I originally purchased it for the features it offered and had the highest star rating in our price range. It is a nice tandem and can hold two carseats and both seats can face forward or you can switch the first the front seat to rear facing so they can face each other. I was so excited when I found it and paid $300 for carriage and carseat. I think since we had Keira we have used it maybe 10 times at the most. It is big, bulky, a pain to push and is too large for the car. I hate to say that for the most part I usually use a single for our toddler and use a wrap with the baby, or we have our toddler walk with the backpack harness and put the baby the single. |

Your other threads are doing a good job of putting me off the Icandy Pear tho ;oD I need someone to loan me an M&P Aria+ for the day to see how it copes with my day to day life. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Try and find a shop that displays one? Just try to think practical rather than nice lol!
BTW we also have a baby carrier and babasling - the babasling can be used for toddler on the hip & back too |

I'm Currently Feeling: | yeah, practical it will have to be. Doesn't matter how cute it is if it doesn't fit through my door or the aisles in Morrisons it wil be a waste of money!
I have a Kozy mei tai carrier for Sam but my hubby won't use it and he will Mr Mom for 2 days a week when I go back to work. He might just have to at this rate. |
