Mine and I love it! I hated side by side, couldnt get in anywhere etc so this is ideal and folds down small-the bottom seat detaches so its small when folded!

I hated Phil & Teds til I bought one!

And i love my pink one as people are always commenting on how cute the girls look in it!
Mamafy was wondering about this one - I told her I thought you had it

Is it spacey for both? Youngest at back? Can you get to LO in & out of back seat easily?

Anyway Mamafy - This buggy is heavier than the one you are selling. Yours 15kg this one 17.8kg so what I was trying to say is it may defeat one of the reasons you'd like a second? If I remember you said the Elite was a tad bit heavy.
i didnt say you were 'neglecting that importance' at all, rhys has a quinny zapp which is lightweight.

i was saying that id rather have a bit of a bulky pram whilst Ffion is a newborn to make sure her head is well supported etc.

oh would love to hear more about the phil/teds KX

If money would allow I think I would like this one but it will be down to money

I should get the the max on my pram though as there is only one other used one atm and its already got up to £360 with a reserve not met

I think I would go for the charcoal one,

Is it easy to fold KX? do you have to take off the back bit to fold? do both seats lay back? and room for shopping bags? can you hang a changing bag of the handles? sorry for the questions dont want to make a blunder when buying

Sorry for the delay just noticed this

It is easy to fold, the back seat has to come off to fold-easy peasy, click of a button and its off. the back seat reclines slightly, more than enough for LO to have a nap-bear in mind tho, the seat part is from 6 months+ it is a different ball game for a newborn (they lay completely flat which is great) and its not the seat, it is the main buggy newborn uses (you need a cocoon and they are so snug!) It sounds complex but id advise go into your local babystore or Mothercare and u will catch my drift

Shopping-no chance! there is a basket that fits a good amount but not for a big shop-try tin of milk, few groceries and thats it! No place to hang bags-which is sh*t.

You cant hang a changing bag on the handle when the seat is on as it hits LO's head! ha I tried, poor Lucy was concussed! I carry mine on my back! Or you can by P&T pannier bags which go on the side and are quite big, they act as changing bag!

Overall I love the buggy, I seriously hated it for long enough, bu I am not a fan of side by side, been there and its not for me. The size of this is ideal, the wheels go over anything, its sturdy, well made and worth every penny!

There are cons-as above re shopping, and at times I find it difficult angling Lucy in it without smacking her head on the handle bar but soon enough she will climb in herself. She is comfy and loves it.

It was definitley for me, money well spent, as I can get out and about, in and out shops with no stress or strain!

Go for it!

x

I was tempted to go and see the phil/teds later in pregnancy bu I think I'm off the idea now I like the idea I can use my pram as a shopping basket & hang the baby bag over

I think and I remember Dionne saying this too, is that the most important thing on a twin is pneumatic tyres as its sooo much easier to push.

I had the Cosatto Sugar and Spice originally-which had stroller wheels and it was so heavy and difficult to push and going over a stone was a chore!

With neither of us driving we need some space for a few nic naks nappies bottles etc! I'll have a panic attack

I was looking at the sugar and spice I wanted the single but the slogan for the single is daft!! Double no good at all? See I have Caitlin a stroller now for quick 5 minute rips & her Nanny found the icandy too heavy etc.... Any good for that use not high use?! x

Thanks for that KX mmmm I tend to need to hang shopping off it so that might have put me off I love the look of it and love the fact it can be turned into a single but I only need the buggy when I'm shopping really so dont fancy having to struggle with a buggy and carry shopping

I cant make a blunder because I wont buy another one, this may well be my last buggy

back to the drawing board I think
