I'm Currently Feeling: 


Ring slings- HELP!!

Basically I was given a ring type sling when I was pregnant and only just remembered I have it!
Anyways I can't for the life of me find the instructions so was wondering if anyone who was a ring sling could possibly explain how they use it as I can't figure it out by myself (Must be the nappy brain!!)
