| Baby slings Can anyone advise me. Ihave a baby jorn carrier that I got for Noah, but found I stoped using it very early cause noah was so heavy it did my back in.
Am I right in thinking slings are more comfortable and less stress on your back? If so can anyone recomend some good baby slig makers or styles for me? | | | | Status: Offline

| I love babyhawk.com
Excellent mei tei carriers. Cheap because of the dollar and lots of fabric choices (even your fave skulls ) |

| They are really nice designs but the shape of them is very similar to my current carrier, and I just found I got back ache within 10 mins of carrying him around. | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | You can tie the mei tai in different ways to suit yourself. The one i have i cross it over my front. Ive managed to carry my neice (at 12 months old) comfortably for a good period of time and not had any probs with my back. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I really struggled to carry teeny Seren in an ordinary carrier, as it really hurt my back. She is about 24lbs (I think) and I can carry her in the mei tei no probs | | | | Status: Offline

| Ihave done a load of research now and Ireally want to aviod the sling pouch type as they seem a bit precerious if you have to bend over, but also its a lot of strain on one shoulder. I have decided to opt for the wrap around type as they are the most supporting and easy on your back as the bay is strapped very close. This seems idea as Iwant to use it around the house during the day, so help with things like colic and feeding etc as its ment to be really good for baby. Im looking at getting one like this http://www.toocoolmums.com.au/pages/...?page_id=28439 | | | | Status: Offline
